Every person has a different level of oxidative stress.
One size for all is not the case. Common practice for researchers 70-90kg is to first take 7.5-10ml (1.5-2 tea spoons) daily as a maintenance dose, under 70kg might take half that dose. Each full dropper contains 1 ml. This will get you on the right track in the beginning. If detoxing effects are present reduce the dose by half until the symptoms subside then return to the maintenance dose. This is applicable to people up to around 90kg and around 175cm in height. Beyond this one might want to increase the dosage to 12.5-15ml droppers full (2.5-3 tea spoons) daily. One may also split the dosage up over the day for greater afternoon energy. If sleeping becomes an issue take the entire dose in the morning only.
